Alpha 2 is almost here. I just finished tweaking the last piece of UI. Now I'm starting final test pass, which should take a couple of hours and then deploy it to the datacenter.
Deployment is kind of slow, since I need to upload about 50MB to the data center and my office upload speed is not that great. Last time it took about 1h.
The schedule for the day looks like this:
- Today:
- 4PM (PST): Finish Test and start deployment
- 6PM: Test deployment server
- 8PM: Sign Off and sent first batch of invitations (~15 people)
- Wednesday:
- Send second batch (~30 people)
- Thursday/Friday: Fix first wave of blocking bugs
- Saturday/Sunday: Send all left invitations
